HappyHorse.AI provides AI-powered video generation tools, including:

• Text to Video: Generate videos from text prompts describing scenes, styles, and motion.
• Image to Video: Animate static images by providing first and optional last frames with motion descriptions.
• Reference to Video: Create videos using reference images to guide style, characters, or scenes.
• My Creations: A personal gallery to manage and download your generated videos.

To use our services, you must create an account via Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the text prompts, images, and reference materials you provide ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating videos.

4.2 Generated Content

Videos generated through our Service ("Generated Content") are yours to use, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Generated Content complies with applicable laws.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or misleading media intended to deceive.
• Produce content depicting child exploitation or abuse.
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

Some features require a paid subscription or credits. All prices are listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is owned by HappyHorse.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated videos will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyHorse.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to review, filter, or remove content that violates these Terms or our content policies. We may use automated systems to detect prohibited content. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HappyHorse.AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
